Do you really handle every service in-house?

Yes. Snow and ice, lawn and grounds, parking lots, concrete, landscape construction, and high-rise windows are all delivered by Avaedan teams using Avaedan equipment. One contract, one accountable partner, one consistent quality bar.

How fast do you respond during a snow event?

We pre-treat ahead of forecasted storms and dispatch around the clock from October through April. Routing is built around your trigger depth and operating hours so the lot, walks, and entries are ready before your staff or customers arrive.

What areas do you service?

We serve Calgary, Alberta and surrounding areas. Our crews work across the city — commercial, retail, industrial, multi-tenant, and large-format properties — and we will tell you straight if your site is outside our routing.
